Experience not needed - Dimensions recruit on values. Paid training and support given.
Hi, I'm 'Becky'!
I am seeking to recruit some great new support workers; people with the right values and behaviours to work with me in my home in Rickmansworth, WD3. Could this be you? I hope so!
I live in a 2-bedroom property with a room allocated to staff for sleep over shifts. Whilst I can manage some day-to-day tasks independently, I would like support with the overall running of my home including organising and ordering my medication, meal planning and housework including cleaning and laundry.
I would be looking for Support Workers who are forward thinking and organised with activities that are important to me. I love to be present in my local community and often go to Centre parcs for short breaks. I also love Abba, who doesn't? And anything Disney.
It's ok if my support worker doesn't like all my interests, as long as you are enthusiastic to support me to do them. You never know, you might find you enjoy it!
The qualities I'm looking for in a Support Worker
- Kind
- Thoughtful
- Caring
- Organised
- Clear communicator
- Dynamic
- Warm
If you share Dimensions values, you will have the opportunity to meet me as it's important we're a good match for each other. I am seeking a Support Worker who can cover a variety of shifts including earlies (8am-3pm), lates (3pm-10pm) and long days (8am-10pm). The successful candidate will be required to work sleep ins.
