We are seeking a skilled Project Manager (Business Change) to join this Social Housing provider in the Northwest. Ideally you will also have had experience of delivering large-scale technology changes as well as business transformation.

Description
* Manage and lead Business Change projects, many of which are Technology-enabled.
* Develop and implement strategic planning for project execution and completion.
* Coordinate with and manage diverse cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project progress.
* Monitor project budgets and timelines to guarantee adherence.
* Generate project reports and present to senior management.
* Resolve project-related issues promptly and effectively.
* Maintain a positive work environment and promote team collaboration.
* Ensure project compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
* Knowledge and experience in project management within the Social Housing sector.
* Proficiency in strategic planning and project coordination.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Experience of Business Change / Transformation as well as technology-facing / enabled projects.
* Strong understanding of Not-For-Profit or related sectors.
* Very strong stakeholder management skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
