Job Responsibilities:
As a Full-time Primary Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting teachers in delivering educational programmes, assisting with classroom management, and providing one-on-one support to students. Your duties will include:
1. Preparing materials
2. Supervising activities
3. Helping to create a positive learning environment for primary school children
Minimum Requirements:
1. A relevant qualification in Education or Teaching Assistance
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work effectively in a team
4. Good organisational skills and attention to detail
5. Experience supporting children in KS1 or KS2
6. A minimum of GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Mathematics
7. Understanding of child development and learning processes
8. Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required
9. Understanding of National Curriculum
10. Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
