* Co-ordinate team, jobs and correspondence. Provide administrative support to the team in managing clients. Assist with client relationships, management of rural contractors and liaison with tenants. Assist with the management of property databases, compliance data and create and maintain electronic files and records. Complete, circulate and track leases and other land and property documents. Arrange diary invitations and facilitate meeting arrangements. General administration, management meeting preparation and following up meeting actions. The individual would work within the wider admin team to ensure that full support is given to all departments within the office. As such, general admin duties are included within the role.
