Specialist Driver Resourcing is looking for HIAB drivers to join us as agency drivers.
You could be working at different locations, and no two days are the same.
Requirements:
1. At least 6 months of commercial driving experience in Class 2 vehicles.
2. 6 months of HIAB experience, including brick attachment with remote control.
The role involves working for builders' merchants and building products distribution clients, carrying out multidrop deliveries to their customers.
Start times typically range from 6am to 7.30am, with a guaranteed minimum of 8 hours.
You should be willing to travel within and up to a 20-mile radius from home; occasional travel up to 30 miles may be required (subject to agreement), with efforts to minimize this.
We offer a mileage allowance after 15 miles each way at 0.45p per mile.
All relevant PPE equipment is required, including a hard hat with chin strap, gloves, HI-VIS clothing, and steel cap safety boots.
