Regional Maintenance / Engineering Manager (Hotels)

This company is an industry-leading hotel business, known for its fantastic reputation and how they treat their staff, as well as their extensive luxury product range. They are looking to expand further and are seeking a regional maintenance manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of their luxury hotels located in London and the South of the UK.
This role would suit a facilities maintenance manager from the hotel industry who is looking to work for a highly respected business that offers the best training, progression, and benefits, allowing you to significantly increase your earnings while enjoying a great work-life balance.
The Role:
1. Ownership for the delivery of quality planned and reactive maintenance services to all property fabric and embedded MEP systems.
2. Line management development of Maintenance Managers and teams.
3. Monday - Friday, 40 hour week.
4. Formulation of Capex applications through to the business case, project scoping, tendering, and delivery.
The Candidate:
1. Previous experience successfully performing in a Maintenance Manager, Chief Engineer, or Hard Services/Technical Facilities Manager role.
2. Ideally from the hotel industry (or similar).
3. Good people management skills.
