The Achievement Coach for Y10 plays a vital role in removing the barriers to learning and creating an aspirational ethos, ensuring a strong commitment to safeguarding young people and the school’s mission statement, enabling all to achieve success.
Amongst other duties, you will assist with:
1. the effective running of the Year 10 office as directed by the Year Manager
2. supporting students on report
3. the processing of behaviour incidents as detailed in the Positive Behaviour Policy
Hours: 37 hours per week
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.00am – 4.00pm, Friday 8.00am – 3.30pm (30 minutes for lunch per day)
