ARK Systems is looking for an Administrative Assistant for our Salisbury office.
Duties/Responsibilities:
* Receives and processes calls for service/repair/proposals from customers. Provides limited technical support to customers when needed.
* Assists in review certification reports for noted deficiencies found during routine testing.
* Research pricing, prepare proposals, and obtain customer approval as required.
* Schedule/coordinate with service dispatch for technician to complete approved work.
* Coordinate with third party vendors when necessary to acquire applicable pricing and technical assistance.
* Address customer concerns and complaints and have the ability to resolve the matters in the best interest of the customer and the company.
* Process material requisitions for service-related work.
* Open and close work orders, update customer notes, etc.
* Assist with communications with field staff as needed.
* Assist with Service invoicing.
* Customer support and satisfaction liaison.
* Possess the ability to work harmoniously within the service area and provide administrative customer support functions of all types and levels.
* All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
* Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
* Must have a positive and respectful attitude and maintain good working relationships with management staff and employees.
* Business school, Associate’s degree or equivalent experience and knowledge is required.
Education and Experience:
* Must have knowledge of office administrative procedures and knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment, at a level generally acquired through 3+ years of related experience.
