A day in the life of…
As a Meetings & Events Sales Hub Executive your role will be to carry out projects and generate leads resulting in revenue growth within the business and support the delivery of the commercial strategy.
You will also be responsible for:
* Identifying any new leads and contacts, working with the front of house teams in driving engagement in Aimbridge EMEA and brand initiatives for lead generation.
* Responding to sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
* Researching accounts from the proactive sales team, following up on any leads from account lists.
* Ensuring all leads are fully qualified before being passed across to the sales team.
* Conducting sales lead calls to potential new accounts and clients.
* Ensuring all sales databases are kept accurate and up to date.
* Performing general office duties and administrative tasks where needed.
* Monitoring local business news and social media accounts to identify new opportunities.
* Keeping up to date records of competitor information
* Preparing weekly/monthly reports as required.
To be successful in his role you will have previous experience working in a Sales team, preferably in the hospitality industry. An excellent telephone manner and strong IT skills are paramount to ensure success within this role. You will be committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience and be able to respond and thrive within a fast-paced environment.

What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and living through our brand standards.
* At least 2 years experience in a branded sales and events environment
* Clear communication skills
* Knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office would be beneficial
