Sales Support Coordinator Location: Bournemouth Starting Salary: £26,000-£28,000 Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday - shifts either 08:30am - 17:00pm or 08:00am - 16:30pm Tru Talent is delighted to be partnering with a well-regarded local waste management and disposal facilities client in their search for a Sales Support Coordinator to play a crucial role in assisting our Head of Sales and Sales Team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities. This role requires someone with a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset to manage administrative tasks, liaise with stakeholders, and contribute to the success of the sales department. Responsibilities of the Sales Support Coordinator: Support the Head of Sales and Sales Team with administrative and operational tasks. Maintain a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment. Communicate effectively to ensure smooth team coordination. Handle stakeholder queries via phone and email. Manage incoming quotes, ensuring they meet KPIs. Assist with new business tenders and track outcomes. Monitor and report on quote conversions and daily wins. Maintain supplier pricing and update internal systems. Escalate challenging customer and supplier issues appropriately. Communicate complex issues professionally within internal procedures. Review margins and collaborate to drive profitability. Manage compliance documentation from suppliers. Generate and distribute customer reports. Support the Sales Department with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
