An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our MSK Therapies Operational Support Team. You will have a passion for excellence in operational delivery to support the best patient care, and thrive on problem solving, with no two days the same, to ensure optimum support of both staff and patients within our service.
You will be highly organised, with the ability to manage your own workload whilst managing the day to day operational demands from across the service. You will be comfortable to use your own initiative, as part of an effective and high functioning team, able to work under pressure and be proactive in escalating concerns to ensure the service is able to function both safely and effectively.
You will demonstrate strong communication skills to support all aspects of the service, across multiple teams both internal and external, in keeping with our Trust values. You will be skilled at navigating a range of IT systems, developing spreadsheet and databases to log and monitor activity and performance.

Part A will be group interview scenarios. Successful candidates will then go on to Part B - individual interview. Please be prepared to attend for the day for potential participation in Part A and B of the interview process.
To support the Clinical and Operational Leadership team, Clinical Team Leads and wider clinical and administrative teams with assurance of governance within MSK Therapies.
To develop and maintain systems for review and compliance of: Governance, H&S, audit, risk assessment, professional training and development and staff records, patient feedback - complaints and incidents, Service 'action and recovery' plans and KLOES as part of monthly Internal Performance Reporting.
To work closely with our MSK Team Leads and booking managers to ensure productivity of clinics and support patient flow through effective use of diary templates and rotas acrossthe service, including ordering and maintenance of stock and annual stock take, and maintenance review of clinical sites. To support service in accordance with established Trust policies including sickness absence processes and well being conversations.
