The Vacancy
Our Finance Team is recruiting for a Meetings & Events Billings Assistant to work in our fast-paced and dynamic Finance team. Reporting to the Meetings and Events Billing Team Leader, your role will be to ensure all invoices are checked and prepared in a timely and accurate manner.
You will be working closely with the Meetings & Events team to resolve customer queries and ensure all payments are received from the customer.
While we don't require extensive Finance experience, we are looking for a good communicator who is organised, admin-focused, and proficient in using Excel, Word, and email, and is willing to be trained on our systems.
This role is Monday-Friday office hours.
