We’re looking for an experienced and technical HubSpot Solutions Specialist to join our RevOps team. You’ll take the lead in guiding clients through HubSpot onboarding, handling complex CRM migrations, and providing advanced problem-solving expertise.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot Onboarding
* Design and deliver tailored onboarding experiences for HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
* Train and support clients in using HubSpot to achieve their business objectives.
CRM Migrations & Optimisation
* Gather requirements from C-Suite level stakeholders.
* Map current and future state client processes to improve HubSpot effectiveness.
* Lead CRM migration projects, including process & data mapping, data migration, and integrations.
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the migration process.
Technical Problem-Solving
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex HubSpot issues, including workflows, integrations, and APIs.
* Develop advanced automations and custom reports to address client needs.
Client Collaboration
* Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and recommend HubSpot-based solutions.
* Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximise the ROI from HubSpot.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Background
* BA/BSc degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
HubSpot Expertise
* Minimum of 5+ years of experience working with HubSpot, including CRM migrations and technical implementations.
* Range of HubSpot certifications (e.g., CRM Implementation, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub).
Technical Knowledge
* Strong understanding of CRM data structures, APIs, and integration tools (e.g., Zapier, Make).
* Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and developing workflows.
Client-Focused
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly.
* Experience working with B2B clients across various industries.
Problem-Solver
* Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
