The role:
To work as part of the Marketing and Admissions department to ensure the College maximises applications through a range of liaison and marketing events and opportunities.
Full time (37 hours per week)
Fixed term for 12 months (maternity cover)
£24,131 - £26,268 per annum
Open to external candidates and internal staff (secondment)
Gorseinon Campus, Swansea
Interviews will take place w/c 9th December 2024 for a start date of 20th January 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure a positive experience for learners as they transition to College by providing strong support throughout the process.
Develop strong working relationships with learning areas across the College to support the admissions process.
Coordinate the admissions process for identified learning areas and increase the awareness of the progression opportunities available.
About you:
A recognised qualification in business administration and/or relevant experience.
Experience of working with learners
Ability to seek and arrive at positive solutions to problems
