The Role
We are actively seeking an Information Manager. The role is a full time position. In the our central London office 4 days per week and remote 1 day per week. We also do require this role to fulfil some office management tasks (to be discussed at interview stage).
Key Responsibilities
* Maintaining, filing and organisation of project documents on Procore and Sharepoint.
* Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
* Liaising with and distributing project-related information with the project team and external parties
* Quality & compliance checks on documents
* Liaising with project team members to ensure documents meet requirements
* Creating document templates
* Retrieve files as requested
* Office management tasks (to be discussed at interview stage).
Key Skills and Experience
* Proven work experience as a Document Controller for a Main Contractor
* Good knowledge of Procore and Sharepoint.
* Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Verbal and written communication skills
* Highly organised
* Attention to detail / Ability to spot errors
* Filing and organisation skills for document storage
* Typing accuracy and efficiency
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
