What we need
The Senior AR Executive will be required to take full responsibility of the management of the accounts receivable function for a defined customer portfolio, maximizing and improving order to cash efficiency.
The main purpose of this role is to maximize cash flow and create value add relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You must be able to manage AR in an environment which is undergoing a period of change due to integration of NetSuite. Experience in system integration would be advantageous, experience in Netsuite is essential.
You will also be required to engage in initiatives and projects outside of the traditional AR environment, supporting Treasury, Financial Accounting, Controlling and Commercial Finance functions. You will support by maintaining a high quality and professional sales ledger function.

Requirements
Overview
* Encourage and influence a right-first-time process flow, challenging existing ways of working
* Pro-active engagement in process design and continuous improvement projects
* Responsible for raising sales invoices to customers, partnering with Inventory and Planning team. Sending invoices to customers in a timely manner to ensure the sales are captured correctly
* Engage HQ stakeholders to maximize system improvement opportunities
* Create and explore innovations and initiatives to drive value for the team and wider Treasury & Finance organizations
Accounts Receivable Management
* Support Transaction Manager and Financial Accounting team in meeting obligations
* Engage and develop relationships with key customer contacts ( Apple, Amazon, Web ), driving efficiencies
* Ensure accuracy and cleanliness of sales ledger with accurate postings and effective sales ledger maintenance
* Supporting the Treasury aims of the Finance function by minimizing overdue sales invoices
* Oversee the internal CPM rebate approval process, ensuring on time invoice approvals and balance sheet cleanliness.
* Management of customer master data and customer account reconciliations
Business Partnering
* Establish and develop key internal and external stakeholder network, becoming a credible Business Partner at all levels.
* Represent and drive the Finance agenda with key internal stakeholders
* Partner with Financial Accounting team, supporting on planning cycles and key statutory deadlines
* Create successful partnerships with key stakeholders across Financial Accounting and Commercial Finance
Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
* A desire to learn and “get things done” in a changing environment
* Experience in system migration

* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
* An eye for detail - capable of working quickly to a high standard of accuracy
* Communicate information effectively, both verbally and in writing with use of graphical tools as necessary
* Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products.
* Experience with NETSUITE is essential
* Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing own work and the work of the team in an organized and accurate manner within tight deadlines, keeping calm and focused
* Be enthusiastic and versatile and be able to build, develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues
