If you answered yes to the above, this Behaviour Manager role is for you The role – Behaviour Manager In this Behaviour Manager role, you will need to oversee and coordinate the school’s behaviour team, provide support and intervention and manage their behaviour. You must provide positive behaviour reinforcement and de – escalation techniques and monitor student behaviour to identify trends and patterns that may require additional support. For this Behaviour Manager role, you must have strong communication skills and be a flexible, adaptable and non – judgemental person. You will be working with students across KS3 & KS4 and may be required to work one – to – one, while assisting the other behaviour mentors. In this Behaviour Manager role you will be collaborating with the SENCO and other staff members to create individualized behaviour and learning plans, you will also serve as a point of contact for parents, guardians and external agencies when needed.
