This role is based within a very busy reception area working alongside a supportive team, delivering exceptional support and care to our patients. The successful candidate must have a strong commitment to high standards of service delivery, accuracy at all times, empathy for our patients whilst performing a wide range of receptionist and administrative duties including answering telephones, booking appointments, providing assistance to patient queries and maintaining accurate patient records. You will be expected to present yourself in a smart, professional manner/ attire. The successful candidate must have experience of working within a similar role and have excellent communication skills and be I.T. proficient. Experience of working with EMIS system would be beneficial. Team player is essential, being able to use your own initiative and willing to acquire new skills and knowledge. Attention to details will be a key characteristic.
