Job Title: FCAS - TLE Maintenance Policy & Logistics Analysis Lead
Location: Warton / Onsite
Salary: £54,793 - £60,326 (Commensurate with skills and experience)
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading the engagement with Customer and Industry SMEs to elicit, and collaboration with broader TLS teams to understand and capture user and operator requirements that will provide the optimised MPol for the core platform that will be informed by the supportability analysis in an LSAR environment.
* Developing and assessing The MPol in line with the supportability analysis output (LORA/MTA etc).
* Assisting in developing the detailed system specification for the preferred logistics information system option, including identification of information exchange requirements.
* Identifying and specifying the enabling technologies and capabilities needed to deliver the MPol and supplementary logistical support elements and capturing and contributing to the overarching TLS Solution Producing strategies for the MPol to make optimised use of the logistics information system to affect the baseline maintenance plan.
* Identifying and managing risks, assumptions, dependencies and opportunities related to the implementation of an MPol.
* Planning and co-ordinating team tasking, leading the inputs to planning sessions and reviews, and contributing to schedules of work around support logistics and MPols.
* Contributing to lifecycle management through technical reviews, design reviews and gate reviews.
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
* HND Level 5 or Degree level qualification (or equivalent professional experience) in relevant STEM subject (Engineering/Maths/Science/IT).
* Experience in Through Life support of a product.
* Good working knowledge of an LSAR (Such as Eagle) with the ability to amend and manipulate large amounts of data.
* Experience of Integrated Logistic Support /Integrated Product support to a high level.
* Experience of applying relevant skills across the Systems Engineering lifecycle e.g., Requirements Engineering, Solution Design, Integration, Verification & Validation, Test & Qualification.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) with experience in relevant tools, frameworks or languages – e.g. CAMEO, MooD, UML/SysML, MagicGrid, DOORS, NAF/MODAF/TOGAF.
* Experience in the operation of logistics information systems, engineering support systems, supply chain management systems, or maintenance management systems for aircraft or military products, including either bespoke or COTS applications (e.g. IFS Cloud, Maintenix, Syncron).
* Experience with any of the following - UK MOD Knowledge in Defence (KiD), Support Solution Envelope 21 (SSE21), Integrated Logistics Support (Def-Stan 00-600), ASD/AIA S-Series Integrated Product Support (IPS) specifications.

An exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen for an FCAS TLE Maintenance Policy & Logistics Analysis Lead on the Through Life Engineering Support team at Warton.
As the FCAS TLE Maintenance Policy & Logistics Analysis Lead, you will lead a team to define the MPol and Logistics strategy that will utilise a future logistics information system that will meet the through-life needs of a 6th generation combat air platform, within a System of Systems environment.
There will be the opportunity for periods of travel to customer sites in the UK and overseas, and career progression and development is encouraged within the team and wider business.
