HR Change Partner
£50,000 - £60,000 DOE
Hybrid (Nottingham) 2/3 days in office
Flexible working hours
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively support business functions as part of the HR team.
2. Partner with the Head of People to develop strategies that boost performance and engagement.
3. Plan recruitment, development, and succession of talent across the organisation.
4. Analyse people management data to identify trends and make recommendations.
5. Collaborate to deliver effective talent management, ensuring future leadership development.
6. Anticipate people issues during business changes and ensure they are effectively managed.
7. Lead change management and business improvement projects.
8. Support recruitment, learning & development, employee relations, payroll, and reward processes.
9. Coach line managers on leadership, people management, and employee development.
10. Act as a champion for best practices that empower managers and enhance employee engagement.
