The Growth Company’s (GC) Education and Skills team have an exciting new opportunity for a Training Centre Manager to operate as a manager responsible for the performance management and success of a Training Centre and a team of staff.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in developing individual service area plans and create detailed delivery plans and timetables to meet agreed targets.
* Review MI, implement corrective plans where necessary, and support team members in planning for curriculum delivery.
* Develop and maintain productive relationships with key partners to inform a competitive curriculum and identify market opportunities.
* Analyse feedback from learners, employers, and staff to ensure the curriculum meets market needs and remains competitive.
* Translate curriculum offers into delivery models that are attractive to learners and employers with efficient operational practices.
* Collaborate with Skills and GC teams to ensure the effective delivery of service plans in line with senior management direction.
* Manage key employers and partners, participate in geographical and sector interest groups, and contribute to tenders and bids for business growth.
* Manage and performance track staff and teams against agreed targets, ensuring delivery of service plans and timetables.
* Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff to build a team with the right expertise and performance culture to meet targets.
* Lead by example, motivate staff, and identify program enhancement opportunities to ensure high-quality service delivery and learner outcomes.

* Consultative sales skills including diplomatic negotiation and influencing.
* Able to work effectively under pressure and maintain a professional approach.
* Takes responsibility for own workload.
Skills Required:
* Experience of supporting 16–19-year-old learners from diverse and challenging backgrounds
* Qualified and experienced teacher.
* Able to performance management and development of staff.
* Ability to develop internal and external relationships with partners and, critically, key industry employers at all levels.
* Ability to turn learner and industry need into viable curriculum, including bespoke packages and partnership models with key employers.
* Proven track record of funded and/or commercial success, motivating teams to achieve.
* Experience of developing and delivering Learner Responsive/ Apprenticeships/Workplace Learning.
* Experience of driving quality and contract compliance alongside financial targets.
