As an additional learning needs (ALN) teacher you will need:
1. A relevant teaching qualification
2. Ideally experience working in an ALN environment
3. Recent experience in a classroom environment
4. An excellent track record
5. Good knowledge of the national curriculum
6. Strong interpersonal and people management skills
7. Flexibility and adaptability to work short-term and long-term
