What You'll Be Doing
As an HR Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of everything people-related.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Be the go-to HR expert – Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and best practices.
Make a difference – Support Managers by providing HR advice on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies
Support talent growth – Play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, and career development.
Engage our employees - drive employee engagement and well-being initiatives
Stay ahead of the game – Ensure compliance with employment law and best HR practices.
Who We’re Looking For
CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification (or working towards).
Experience in an HR advisory role with a solid understanding of employment law.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset – you love problem-solving!
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with HR systems.
