The Training and Engagement Officer to serves as the primary point of contact for referrals from DWP and referral partners. This role involves working closely with the Head of Business Development to identify and coordinate suitable training provisions for ASF, DL, Community Learning, and other related projects. The ideal candidate will be proactive in managing referrals and ensuring the right support is provided to meet diverse learner needs.
Responsibilities
1. To actively market and promote Adult & Community Learning through social media platforms and at all external events.
2. To support the Head of Business Development to develop the provision offered to, 19+ unemployed and NEET groups.
3. To liaise with all referral agencies so that they are aware of what the College is offering. This would include attending any relevant network meetings.
4. To facilitate IAG awareness sessions at the College/Community Hubs/JCP for all referrals.
5. To be involved with the learners through IAG, enrolment, and induction.
6. To be proactive in contacting all learners that did not attend and liaising with agencies in providing feedback on attendance.
