We currently have exciting opportunities for passionate, dedicated and skilled Learning Support Assistants.
We have various hours available. The rate of pay is currently £11.78 per hour. This is a term time role, paid for 44.02 weeks (37 working weeks and 7.02 paid leave weeks).

Duties:
* Delivering 1:1 support in the classroom with the possibility of small group support.
* Provision of appropriate additional learning support to learners with learning difficulties and disabilities.
* Achievement of learning outcomes, by learners receiving additional learning support, as detailed in individual learning plans.
* Good communication between learning support and curriculum staff resulting in seamless additional learning support delivered to all entitled learners in the most appropriate manner and location.
Skills/Experience:
* Experience or the potential to become an outstanding learning support assistant.
* Experience of supporting individuals to achieve their goals.
* Well organised with an excellent range of communication skills.
* Knowledge of Microsoft IT packages.
Qualifications:
* Minimum GCSE grade 4 / C in English & Maths or equivalent.
* Level 2 NVQ in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent desirable.
