Women placed with us often come from multiple placement breakdowns, failed treatment programmes or are stepping down from secure settings. Rhyd Alyn: Rhyd Alyn is a six bed community rehabilitation (level 1) service for women who have been able to progress through the hospital pathway atCygnet Delfryn Lodge. We also accept referrals from other high dependency inpatient rehabilitation services as well as directly from the community. Your day-to-day Provide the highest standard of nursing care & lead by example to ensure consistent high standards of clinical care & documentation Co-ordinate all clinical aspects of the service & ensure co-operation between clinical departments. Be conversant withand implement all relevant policies, procedures and regulations. Provide leadership, direction and supervision to all clinical and support staff Support staff through debriefs, appraisals, training, meetings & development of evidence/ research-based practice Participate in the managers on-call system to provide the first point of contact for ward-based staff, outside of normal working hours. Deputise in the Managers absence and attendmeetings with external bodies as required.
