Job Type:Permanent Part-time / 16 hours per week
Hours: Thursday & Friday 8.15am-4.45pm
As the Assistant Unit Coordinator you will be in a client facing role working alongside a team of clinical colleagues to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the centre.
Duties will include;
· Monitoring and overseeing the administrative tasks of the centre;
· Regularly liaising with clinical and non-clinical colleagues at various UK locations;
· Managing client appointments;
· Meeting and greeting people politely and recording attendance on our bespoke databases.
To be seriously considered for this role, you must have customer service/reception experience and be confident in dealing with the general public in difficult situations. Experience of working in a clinical environment would be an advantage, but training will be provided.
Good customer service/ admin experience
Experience in Microsoft packages
Experience working in clinical environment preferred
Good Knowledge of GDPR
5 GCSE's including English & Maths
