Description We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Support administrator. In this role, you will maintain accurate and up-to-date membership and client databases, strictly adhering to privacy and confidentiality laws. You will respond promptly to client and member queries, update systems with relevant notes and changes, and handle healthcare provider payment queries precisely. Responsibilities also include preparing and sending new joiner packs, producing and posting member excess and shortfall letters, processing member payments, and updating BACS details. For individual members and specific clients Add new members to the system. Liaise with insurers regarding policies. Communicate with clients about memberships. Collaborate with Placement/Client Support Coordinators. Respond to all queries from clients and insurers as the escalation point for the offshore team. Coordinate with team members regarding HC payments. Process member payments and update BACS details. Handle all HC provider payment queries promptly. Attend regular training sessions to maintain up-to-date insurer product knowledge. Contribute to team efforts and provide support to colleagues. Provide cover for other team members as needed. Undertake additional tasks as requested by the Administration Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
