The Role: As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will work closely with the class teacher to support the delivery of lessons across various subjects. Your primary focus will be to offer tailored support to individual students and small groups. You will assist in lesson planning, contribute to the creation of an engaging and inclusive classroom environment, and help ensure every student reaches their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Assist class teachers in delivering engaging lessons and ensuring students stay focused and make progress. Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, both in and out of the classroom. Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Support students' emotional and well-being needs. Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing resources and tracking student progress. Offer tailored interventions for children with additional needs when required. Maintain open communication with parents, teachers, and staff.
