Overall Purpose of The Role: Responsible for ensuring that food production facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene to prevent contamination and ensure food safety. Job Tasks and Duties: Oversee all aspects of hygiene within the facility, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Coordinate and manage the hygiene team to ensure tasks are conducted efficiently and effectively. Mintain audit and hygiene schedules, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy. Lead the hygiene team in driving continual improvement initiatives to enhance hygiene practices and efficiency. Ensure the site meets the rigorous requirements for BRC and Customer standards. Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless operations and uphold hygiene standards. Monitor and manage hygiene-related documentation and records.
