The firm specializes in providing comprehensive legal services and is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Employment Law Solicitor to join their team.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) and will demonstrate strong knowledge of UK employment law. They should have a proven track record in managing both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, alongside excellent advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills. Additionally, the candidate must be capable of managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision while adhering to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of legal practice.
1. Location: Hull
2. Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 DOE
3. Hours: Monday to Friday with no weekend work

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
1. Providing comprehensive legal advice on employment law issues, including but not limited to unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, TUPE, and employment contracts.
2. Representing clients in employment tribunals and courts.
3. Preparing and managing cases, including drafting pleadings, witness statements, and negotiating settlements.
4. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment law and related legislation.
5. Staying updated on changes in relevant laws and legal procedures.
6. Providing excellent client service, maintaining clear communication, and addressing client concerns.
