Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the delivery of a major export programme, ensuring alignment with strategic goals Coordinate technical, programme, and resource management activities across multiple projects Translate customer requirements into actionable tasks and work packages Oversee system physical architecture, supplier management, change control, and equipment certification Manage budgets, plans, and schedules, holding accountability for progress and expenditure Collaborate with international customers, partners, and suppliers, with occasional travel across Europe What We're Looking For: A highly motivated self-starter with strong leadership and team coordination skills Proven experience in delivering complex hardware or defence programmes, ideally with international exposure Strong ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, multi-programme environment Expertise in resource planning, budget management, and risk assessment Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels A degree in engineering, science, or a related discipline is preferred Security Requirements: Due to the nature of this role, candidates must be British citizens or dual UK nationals with British citizenship.
