With a commitment to integrity and excellence, we’re looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Regional Parts Advisor to join the Central Parts team based at our Tamworth site and help us maintain our reputation for quality and efficiency. About the Role As a Parts Advisor, you’ll be a key player in ensuring the seamless operation of our service department. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, collaborating with suppliers, and supporting our skilled technicians. Your expertise in automotive parts and exceptional communication skills will enhance our ability to provide outstanding service to our customers. Main Responsibilities: Accurately allocate and book parts into stock, maintaining up-to-date inventory records. Proactively chase parts orders to minimise delays for the bodyshop team. Liaise with suppliers to confirm delivery dates and manage returns for credit. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships. Keep the Parts Department clean, organised, and efficient. About You We’re seeking a standout candidate with previous experience as an Automotive Parts Advisor or a similar role. You will have: Commercial awareness and high attention to detail for accurate transactions. A proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
