Randstad C&P are working alongside a natonal facilities management client who are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join their team in Birkenhead! In this role, you'll be the central hub of communication, ensuring seamless project execution from start to finish.
The Package:
* Competitive Salary of £28,300 - £30,400 per year, based on experience.
* Full-time, permanent position with a standard Monday-Friday schedule (8-hour shift) and some flexibility.
* 33 days annual holiday including bank holdiays.

Main Duties:
* Be the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, engineers, visitors.
* Oversee all aspects of job completion, from raising job numbers and scheduling to invoicing and reporting.
* Review, prepare, and obtain approvals for quotes and invoices, ensuring accuracy and profitability.
* Maintain impeccable records in our customer database and asset lists, generating regular performance reports.
* Work with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement new systems.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum of 3 years in an administrative role, ideally within the FM industry.
* Exceptional organisational skills and a proven ability to prioritize effectively are essential.
* Strong IT skills, including MS Office Suite and experience with service management systems.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you'll be interacting with everyone!
* Collaborative approach and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
