Job Title: Corporate Partnerships Coordinator
Job Location: Hybrid, home and office, UKO London, Moorgate
Salary: £24,868 per annum based on 35 hours per week (plus ILW if applicable)

Could you play a vital role in our Corporate Partnerships team that raises funds from companies to support people in crisis in the UK and around the world?
Are you passionate about the work of the British Red Cross and excited to play a key role in making our team work effectively so we can secure and deliver sector-leading, transformational partnerships with businesses?
Could you be responsible for maintaining, developing, and improving team processes and systems; tracking income and donations, leading on mailings, providing administrative support to the wider team, and acting as the first port of call for corporate partnership queries?
This is a great role for someone who is keen to learn more about fundraising and be part of our global movement of humanitarians.
What will a Corporate Partnerships Coordinator's job involve?
* Provide essential support on team systems and projects, providing daily database support and maintaining accurate records for budgeting.
* Proactively improve team processes and systems as needed to help the team to become more effective and efficient, supporting the delivery of best practice business development and account management.
* Assist on UK and International Emergency Appeals, creating Emergency Appeal mail outs for corporate donors and collating mail lists of appropriate prospective donors.
* Assist on projects and the development and delivery of the team strategy, and in doing so contributing to the wider objectives of the team.
* Support the team leadership with financial and narrative reporting and coordination for internal stakeholders.
* Support with donor stewardship communications, activities, and events.
* Assist with day-to-day account management and business development activities including developing proposals and writing reports.
* Act as the first point of contact for incoming queries from new enquiries and donors providing great customer services and applying strategic thinking to each relationship.
* Liase with stakeholders across the British Red Cross to secure the resources and support we need to deliver best in class partnerships.
What will a Corporate Partnerships Coordinator need to be successful?
* You’ve got strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your workload against tight and at times conflicting deadlines.
* You have a high level of IT proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
* You have excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong working relationships with the people around you.
* Ideally, you have experience gained in fundraising, event management or marketing.
