Location: Hybrid working with Salvus House, Durham / Pearl House, Peterborough as a base
Salary: starting at £32,661 - £39,194, with opportunities to increase salary within our Role Progression matrix, plus a discretionary bonus potential of up to 8% of annual salary

THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
Business Movers are tasked with overseeing Waves' vacant portfolio by managing unoccupied premises exhibiting signs of consumption without a registered business on-site. The team are also responsible for Gap Sites and their integration into the business market, as well as making account corrections to always ensure data accuracy.
As Team Leader, you will manage the team to ensure the delivery of a high quality, efficient experience for new customers joining Wave and to meet internal and external targets for the various Business Movers workstreams and support the active management of Wave’s vacant strategy.
You will coach, motivate and develop the team to ensure each advisor has clear objectives, contributes to the best of their ability and reaches their potential. Striving to identify and implement ways to improve our internal business processes, you will look for opportunities to streamline workstreams and deliver volume and value for both vacancy reduction and revenue collection from vacant consuming supplies.
This role is ideal for someone who possesses the knowledge and experience needed to foster growth and further develop our already highly skilled team. If you are passionate about people, have excellent communication skills, and excel in coaching and developing talent, this position may be the perfect fit for you.
WHAT WILL YOUR TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?
* Lead by example and support the team
* Provide timely updates on key workstreams
* Conduct regular coaching sessions and 1-2-1s, supporting and developing your team
* Identify opportunities for efficiency and value
* Foster collaboration with other departments to assist and achieve business goals
* Track and evaluate team performance, ensuring targets are being met
* Interpret data and produce high quality management information
* Assist with Trustpilot and NPS reviews and receive feedback

* Experience as a people leader, inspiring and coaching a team.
