Key Responsibilities Include : Offering individualised support to students with special educational needs (SEN). Assisting with creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Working alongside teachers to implement learning strategies that address the unique needs of each student. Promoting students’ academic and emotional growth as a Learning Support Assistant. Requirements for SEN Learning Support Assistant : Prior experience in a similar special educational needs (SEN) role is advantageous. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
