Head of Sales – Out of Home and Convenience

About You:
You are looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. You have achieved results in larger, structured FMCG companies, but your passion and success lies in working with smaller, founder led, emerging brands.
You have broad sales experiences and for this role must have an in-depth knowledge of the OOH, Impulse and Convenience sectors. You need to have a pioneering spirit, can-do attitude and the ability leverage your connections at the most senior levels to drive sales and influence growth.
People respect your strategic thinking abilities and “get on and do it” commercial skills and you are looking for an opportunity to build a business and be part of a success story.
The Role:
Strong brand marketing, NPD and investment plans are in place, and you will actively embrace this compelling strategy and drive the sales agenda.
You will take full responsibility for their Out of Home and Convenience sales growth, and build on their current strong relationships, listings and success. You will work closely with the founder, help develop his thinking in Customer Marketing, Pricing and Insights and enjoy learning from him.
This offers a high level of responsibility and you will take a hands-on role in driving sales growth and building the business.
