The Team
Based in Southampton, the Corporate & Commercial department is a close-knit group of skilled professionals handling high-profile work, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and cross-border deals. This dynamic team is made up of Partners, solicitors, and trainees who know their stuff and want to help you become the next rising star.
The Opportunity

Key Duties:
* Keeping electronic data rooms neat and tidy (Marie Kondo would be proud).
* Answering client queries like a pro.
* Gathering important company info (you'll be like Sherlock Holmes but without the hat).
* Helping draft resolutions, meeting minutes, and other important documents (you'll know more about Companies House than they do).
* Supporting the lawyers in the teamthink of it as being Robin to their Batman.
* Tackling admin tasks like filing, billing, and database updates.
* Proofreading documents because typos are so last season.
* Conducting legal research that'll make you feel like a genius.
