They are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Service Manager to work with their outreach services. Location: Woking / Hybrid (some travel in Surrey as and when required) This is a hands on role, providing management oversight for the staff across the outreach contracts such as Cuckooing, Bridge the Gap and HOST. Giving guidance, support, supervision and career development for all staff to enable them to deliver effective services. Your teams will champion the rights of individuals, their families and carers in the delivery of services and through partnership working You will have responsibility for all partnership relations, service development, monitoring and evaluation. Also alongside the Operations Manager you will be liaising with commissioners regarding service performance and contracts. It is important that you are able to promote the charities ethos throughout service delivery, with all partners, stakeholders and the wider Surrey community. This post is subject to a DBS check.
