What you'll be doing?
1. Participate in identifying areas of risk/scope and develop/monitor with the project team
2. Produce valuations/applications/claims in line with contract requirements
3. Identify and secure reimbursement of variations to the contracted scope of works
4. Maintain positive cash flow and maximise profitability on project
5. Manage/monitor/report on all commercial aspects of projects
6. Attend handover meeting to receive project from estimating/sales dept.
7. Manage and produce/take off Bill of Quants (BoQ)
8. Produce cost control document using information from final agreed contract pricing documents
What you'll need?
1. Excellent understanding of commercial, contractual, and financial project drivers.
2. Practical measurement experience using an industry recognised methods of measurement (NRM2, SMM7, CESMM4, etc.).
3. Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar field. Proven post graduate experience in construction industry in a commercial role
4. Must be eligible for CTC level Security Clearance (3 years residency in the UK)
