We are seeking a New Homes Sales Advisor to join our client’s team in Tamworth. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience), with the opportunity to earn additional commission based on sales performance.
As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the process of purchasing their dream new home. You will manage the sales journey from initial inquiry to completion, providing excellent customer service throughout. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and sales-driven individual to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries regarding new homes and properties.
2. Conduct property viewings and follow up on leads.
3. Provide advice on available properties and recommend the best options to clients.
4. Manage the sales process from start to finish, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
5. Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, and colleagues.
6. Achieve and exceed sales targets to earn commission.
7. Complete all necessary administrative tasks accurately and on time.
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in property sales or a customer-facing role is preferred.
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
3. Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
5. A positive, professional approach to customer service.
6. Knowledge of the local property market is advantageous.
