At GAMA, we’re dedicated to improving patient outcomes through innovative solutions, and we’re seeking a Clinical Educator to bring clinical expertise to our team, bridging the gap between science and market needs.
As a Clinical Educator, you’ll be responsible for providing thought leadership and expert training as part of our market-leading post-sales support program. Your role will focus on infection prevention, vascular access, continence care, and tissue viability—ensuring the correct and effective use of GAMA products to improve patient outcomes.

What you’ll do:
* Deliver engaging education and training by providing tailored, evidence-based sessions to healthcare professionals, both in-person and online.
* Support audits and compliance by assisting customers in meeting infection prevention standards.
* Enhance customer interaction by developing training and audit plans that help healthcare organizations use GAMA products effectively.
* Provide sales support by assisting the Sales Team with product evaluations, implementations, and events where clinical expertise adds value.
* Collaborate with internal teams by working with clinical specialists, sales teams, and leadership to enhance education programs.
* Drive product understanding and best practices by supporting product rollouts, clinical trials, and infection prevention initiatives.
* Gather feedback and track impact to ensure continuous improvement of training, audit, and education services.
What You’ll Bring
* Registered Nurse with a degree level education or equivalent experience.
* NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registered.
* A strong clinical background with nursing experience and a passion for infection prevention.
* Excellent training and presentation skills to engage healthcare professionals in both face-to-face and virtual settings.
* A customer-focused approach, building strong relationships and providing tailored education and audit support.
* The ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Sales and Clinical Specialists, to enhance training programs and drive best practices.
* Proven experience in healthcare, with a strong focus onIPC, vascular access, clinical education and tissue viability.
