Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the commercial team, ensuring all projects are commercially sound and profitable.
* Oversee cost management, budgeting, and financial forecasting for all construction projects.
* Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
* Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
* Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
* Provide commercial advice and support to project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
* Identify and mitigate commercial risks across all projects.
* Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
