Join our team as an Associate Program Manager – Medical Education. In this role, you'll play a key part in educating and engaging healthcare professionals while driving impactful medical education initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing – Medical Education & Professional Affairs, you will help shape training programs, foster relationships with key opinion leaders, and support the strategic development of educational content.
What You’ll Do:
* Educate clinical professors, faculty, residents, and students on key products and their benefits.
* Develop and coordinate continuing education workshops, seminars, and training programs.
* Identify and support clinical trial sites across various development stages.
* Manage medical education program logistics, content delivery, and execution. Provide data-driven insights to shape future educational strategies.
* Collaborate with marketing, sales training, and medical education teams to enhance program effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications (Required):
* 4+ years of work experience required.
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Desired):
* MBA preferred.
* 2+ years medical device or Medical Education experience preferred.
* Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.
* Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority.
* Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
