A fantastic school in Kidderminster is looking for a Teacher. The school caters to pupils across all key stages who have Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The post requires an experienced individual who can work as part of a team, deliver an engaging curriculum, and adopt a child-centred approach.

The post is 5 days a week, starting in Easter on a long-term basis (ASAP start available too), with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person. This position is very rewarding and ideal for teachers with SEND experience or those who have taught pupils with behavioural difficulties. The school has a strong track record of providing the right support, training, and guidance for their staff to be equipped with the tools needed to be the best possible teachers.
Minimum Requirements:
1. UK QTS
2. Conscientious, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
3. Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
4. Restraint Training (e.g., Team Teach, MAPA, PRICE) - Desirable
5. Flexible approach to teaching
