The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) team plays a vital role in promoting a culture of inclusion across UKRI.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement EDI strategies to promote inclusivity and diversity within the workforce.
* Collaborate with senior leaders to embed inclusive practices throughout the organization.
* Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on EDI principles.
* Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in EDI metrics.
* Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support inclusive practices.

The role can be based in Swindon, Didcot, Daresbury, or Cambridge, with occasional travel to other UKRI sites.
