Job Title: Senior Practitioner – Adult’s Community Team
Location: Liverpool City Council
Rate: £43.78 per hour
Liverpool City Council is currently recruiting for a Senior Practitioner to join the Adult’s Community Team.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing complex cases, providing expert guidance on social work theories and intervention models, and supporting the team in delivering high-quality services to adults in the community. Your role will involve conducting assessments, developing care plans, and working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for service users.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a full UK license, have post-qualified experience, and hold a degree level or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
