Job Description
Accounts Assistant duties include:
3. Input invoices onto the purchase ledger
4. Review invoices to ensure all details are correct
5. Reconciliation of statements
6. Processing Payment runs
7. Process payments
8. Ensure invoices have the appropriate authorisation before paying
9. Liaising with different departments
10. Assisting the Financial Controller with additional tasks
The Successful Applicant
The candidate will have:
11. Some experience working within a similar role - Required
12. Good working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
13. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Required
14. Previous SAGE experience - Desirable
15. Eagerness to learn and develop - Desirable
16. Good organisational and time management skills - Required
