You will manage a diverse caseload, including cruciate repairs (TPLO/CCWO, with opportunities to upskill in TPLO if primarily experienced with TTA), patella luxations, and simple to complex fractures. The successful candidate will be a qualified Veterinary Surgeon, ideally with a post-graduate certificate in small animal surgery or extensive practical experience in orthopaedic surgery. Excellent communication skills are required, with the ability to explain complex medical information to pet owners and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
